Pets : Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets of any size. This policy is in place to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all our guests.

Parties or celebrations : Out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the tranquility of the building, no parties or celebrations of any kind are allowed in the apartment.

Smoking : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, whether traditional or electronic cigarettes. This rule is in effect to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all our guests.

The quiet time slot is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
